In order to maintain steady performance by re-grounded drills, OSG applies its regrinding standardization to all its regrinding facilities. All OSG approved regrinding facilities is required to use the same machine, the same program and the same grinding wheels. In so doing, all OSG regrinding facilities has the ability to benchmark 90% of new drill performance from re-grounded drills. OSG has obtained such high remarks from the market because we treat re-grounded drills just as important as new drills.
